We can only determine if your existing frame is suitable by measuring the timber sizes, which must meet engineering requirements, and assessing the condition of the timber first.
Yes, our Louvre Roof systems include a high-tech Rain Sensor which closes your roof if you happen to leave them open and it rains.
Our professional and innovative design team can cover 99% of spans required.
The majority of our Louvre Roof designs do not require engineering, however due to wind category ratings, design nuances or attachment methods, additional engineering may be necessary and is generally not cost-prohibitive.

Yes, we can provide Supply Only Louvre Roof systems, however we do recommend installation by a competent builder. An installation manual is included, however application to Council, fixings and flashings are not included.
