One of our experienced design consultants comes to your home to assess and measure the outdoor area you wish to transform into your ideal outdoor living space.

Once your design and quote are complete, our design consultant re-appoints with you to meet either in your home, or in our new state-of-the-art showroom. Unlike our competitors who usually email, post or fax your quote, our design consultant comprehensively explains your design, the materials to be used and the cost. This is one of our key points-of-difference. We acknowledge and appreciate the investment you are making in your home and the need to have all the information available at-hand, so you can make a well-informed decision.

After you have chosen Louvre House to build your outdoor entertainment area, our Production Manager performs an onsite check measure, after which our Draftsperson produces a detailed plan of your project. Once the plan has met with your approval, the relevant paperwork is provided to your local council if required.

While most Louvre House designs do not require significant engineering input, it is sometimes necessary due to the varying complexities and technical aspects of individual home design, the prevailing weather conditions of the area in which we are building, and soil composition to name a few. Foremost in the mind of any engineer, as it is with our design team, is safety and strict compliance with the highest building standards.

Our tradespeople almost always commence work on your project the day after delivery of building materials to your site. The duration of construction varies, and our Production Manager will keep you comprehensively informed throughout.

Louvre House utilises the services of outstanding tradespeople who have comprehensive experience and expertise in installing our louvre products. Our tradespeople operate under the discerning supervision of our highly qualified Production Manager who is a registered Supervisor with our business. Louvre House is a registered builder, so you can be assured that the quality of our products will be matched by the quality workmanship of the people who put them together.

Louvre House does not utilise external transport companies to deliver materials to your building site. We have our own delivery truck and driver to ensure you receive the highest standard of personalised service in a timely and efficient manner.

Our jobs are only complete once your building site has been tidied and all left-over materials removed, so you can begin to experience the joy of your new Louvre House product immediately.

Your Louvre House product has been completed and at this time, our Production Manager provides you with step-by-step instructions on how to operate your Louvre Roof, or Louvre Screens. The hand-over meeting includes maintenance advice and warranty information. It’s now over to you and many years of outstanding outdoor entertainment ahead.

In all quotes, excluding supply-only, Louvre House includes Council planning and development approval if necessary. In the event approvals have already been obtained by the owner or a builder, the relevant cost is omitted.

Louvre House was established in 2002 with the primary goal of bringing premium Adjustable louvre roof systems to the market.
We operate in Adelaide and Melbourne and our new head office is located at Hendon. The move to our new expansive 9,000m2 premises has enabled us to install a huge new state-of-the-art powder-coating oven, complete with spray booth and pre-treatment tanks so we can maintain the strictest of quality standards in-house. All our products are displayed in our magnificent showrooms.
