I highly recommend and endorse Louvre House as the preferred provider for the supply and installation of an operable louvre roof built to cover an alfresco area.

The program of works involved firstly; the supply and construction of the frame for the adjustable louvre roof system to integrate and match with existing structural and building specifications and, secondly; the supply and installation of interlocking, electronically operated, aluminium louvres that incorporated an aluminium internal gutter system with concealed gutters and automated sensors.

Louvre House’s approach to identify issues (covenants, permits, and engineering challenges) and mutually solve problems and recommend improvements to the structural design and functionality were evidenced by their consultative and transparent communication and, customer engagement.

The workmanship by Louvre House demonstrated a high level of expertise and professionalism where knowledge, skills and longstanding practical experience were applied to deliver client expectations and maximum customer satisfaction.

Installers were competent and were supervised to ensure processes and milestones were achieved according to the time schedule. Tasks were undertaken using premium quality products and, all on-site activities demonstrated care and respect which minimised potential damage to the existing building.

The Louvre House product is engineer-designed and certified and includes a control unit, motors, rain sensor and remote control. The outcome delivered has significantly enhanced the presentation and functionality of the property and, therefore, it is without hesitation that I affirm the exemplary, best practice and cost effective services of Louvre House.
